I know, I know...I suck at this blog thing.

Okay, I know it's been a while, but I talked to Anthony the other day and he said that Reyes Watch was the only site he checked for news about himself. So, I felt bad for having pretty much abandoned the site and decided to post again. I make no promises to get articles up as soon as they come out, but I will try to get the most significant stuff up as soon as I can. In any event, here are the most recent articles, enjoy:

Injury Report False

I just wanted to let everyone know that this article is incorrect. Anthony was not injured in Saturday's game against the Reds. The injured player was in fact Al Reyes, not Anthony. Just keeping everyone in the loop.

Following up with current news

Just some follow up articles I found. The first is about Anthony's 2 inning relief work the other day. The second is a list of the top minor league players for 2005. Enjoy.

Cardinals lose 4-7

Well, Anthony finally got his second shot at big league play today when he was thrown in to relieve Carpenter in the 5th. However, there isn't much to report in terms of news articles featuring Anthony since he was only put in for 2 innings. Although receiving the loss for the game when he gave up a home run in the 5th, Anthony managed to strike out 4 in his two innings of work; not too bad if you ask me. The following link is the general recap and stats for the game.
